History

The foundations of the STROJÍRNA OSLAVANY company were laid in 1973 by the significant machinery concern První brněnská strojírna Brno. From the year 1993 the company has commenced its own way of enterprise development in the field of light engineering, under the new trade name STROJÍRNA OSLAVANY, spol. s r.o. (Ltd.), as a private company with its clearly defined structure of natural persons‘ ownership.

Present

hanks to its own technical know-how and modern machine cutting technology the company has become a dominant Czech provider of shock absorbers for rail vehicles and manufacturer of precise machine components for final producers.

The company is directed by two CEO’s and internally organized into three divisions with centralised control of financial, material and human sources in ecomonic-administrative unit.

The company’s development of business activities and care for business partners stem from the principles of customer relations management (CRM) and are based on the competition advantages, which, in our opinion, are as follows:

In accordance with the plan to separate non-industrial activities from industrial enterprise, a subsidiary company, STOS BH, was founded in 2007, whose main subject of enterprise is apartment and non-residential premises rentals, their management and maintanance.
